"I love to take care of my granddaughter Emi. She is my first grandchild. I took care of her when she was a baby and loved to take her to all her therapy classes. I would make friends in the waiting room and talk to other parents about their kids. It is nice to support each other and watch our kids get stronger and grow up. When I walk Emi in the stroller around our street, all the neighbors say hi and know her name. Everyone says ‘Hi Grandma’ to me and I feel so happy and proud. I get sad when my granddaughter has to have medical procedures but I am always there to welcome her home and take care of her again. I love being Emi’s grandma."
