"Christopher has a nickname for everyone…Seems to be his thing. He calls his mom Frank and his dad John but at one point it was Uncle Dad. Haha! He calls me Miss Weenie, his brother Edwart (Daniel), one sister 210 (Katie), and another sister Bdawg (Breanne). He has nicknames for his niece and nephews and they all embrace them, too. It is not just family who earns a fun nickname with Christopher… One day my dad was telling us, his adult children, to be our best selves at a dinner event we were attending because one of my dad’s big time business partners was going to be there. His partner walked up to us and Chris said, ‘Oh hey CocoPuff!’ We all turned blush red and tried to get Chris to not call him that, but the guy LOVED it! It has totally stuck and to this day he is Cocopuff.

My nickname happened for me in high school on the volleyball court because it rhymes with Eileenie or Leenie. But Christopher turned it into Miss Weenie when I became a teacher. I went into a career of teaching Special Education because I LOVE every minute of spending time with my brother, learning from him; and teaching other beautiful children who have wonderful and unique stories makes my heart sing. I have the best gig in town as a very lucky teacher but I am also the MOST LUCKY and BLESSED SISTER!! Christopher is my WHY! He truly brings JOY to everyone he meets!!"
