At 13 I didn't think I was going to experience having any siblings and was fine with that. Although it was tough, Gracen is one of the best things to happen to our family.

2 years in the hospital fighting for his life shaped the way I see the world and definitely forged our family bond. From the beginning he was full of joy and the happiest kid I have ever been around. His smiles kept the dreary hospital lights from being overwhelming and his giggles made everyone teary eyed. He’s always been so captivating and effortlessly cute.

I’m a better Hannah for knowing Gracen. I’m so thankful that he continues to shine bright and hope he always will.
