I had the pleasure of teaching Trista when she was three years old and later becoming her summer nanny. It was in these early years that we discovered our mutual love of FUN! That summer we were like peas in a pod. Neither of us ever meeting a stranger, that summer of our lives was spent at the pool, entertaining each other with our dancing, loud singing and aquatic shenanigans. Everyday was a fun adventure.

Thirty years later, Trista and I traveled for a girl’s weekend, and it was one of the top five trips of my life. Trista was giving a presentation about her role as CEO of Trista’s Sunshine Company. Naturally her presentation was a great success and we met many amazing like-minded people. But the best part of the trip for me was spending time with Trista.

One of many things I love about Trista is she will always come through in the clutch for you and she is amazingly faithful. Trista will roll the window down and stop traffic for you when you can’t get over. When you are running late, she will unload the car and stand behind you with everything ready to go. When you can’t get your suitcase closed, Trista will smash it together like a boss! You never have to ask Trista for help.

When I’m a little stressed or things are going unexpectedly, Trista Sue looks at me and says… I just go with the flow. No truer words have been spoken. Trista does not rush through life. She enjoys moments and shares her unconditional love for others daily. My life is a lot more fun and relaxed when I am spending time with Trista. Everyone needs a Trista in their life.
